Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes — we're a design-build firm. From architectural plans and material selections through permitting and final construction, one team carries your project the whole way, so nothing gets lost in translation.
What budget should I expect for a kitchen or bath remodel?
Every project is different, so we give you a real number — not a range that balloons later. We'll walk the space together, talk through what you want, and give you a fixed-price estimate before any work starts. No surprises.
Do you take on small jobs like a single door or window?
Absolutely. No project is too small — door and window replacements, trim, drywall, and repair punch lists are all welcome, with the same craftsmanship, clear pricing, and care as a whole-home renovation.
How involved will I be during the project?
As involved as you want to be. You get one dedicated point of contact, regular updates, and a clean, respectful job site — so you always know what's happening and feel comfortable every step of the way.
Do you work with clients who have a specific budget in mind?
